Annmarie Fairweather serves as Chief People officer of Learning Ally. She is responsible for the leadership of all People, Cultural, and Talent initiatives. Annmarie is a veteran of 30 years as a Human Resources leader. She was involved in all industries, and worked with teams of executives to meet the business objectives, especially during periods of fast changes and expansion. She served as an advisor to help translate the corporate and people strategies into strategies, goals as well as enterprise-wide goals through performance and organizational management, employee involvement, and transformation. She loves learning and sees the development of leaders and teams as the greatest competitive advantage. Her broad experience with medium and small-sized businesses along with Fortune 500 organizations in developing and coaching leaders with demonstrated positive results created organizational cultures that embodied learning innovation and change that positively affect groups and companies. While Annmarie is inspired to invest her talents and time to supporting the Learning Ally mission, she currently provides support for a variety of non-profit organisations in her spare time. Annmarie is a member the Castell Project Leadership Development Committee, a group dedicated to help women develop as leaders. She also provides training for the Hospitality Healthcare Network in North America.
